I have almost completed my Capstone project. My final project can be seen at http://informationlitclass.pbwiki.com/. It has been accepted by Marion Military Institute's Academic Council and will be taught beginning in Fall 2009.
To see the other materials related to this -- including the midterm and final reviews from my internal and external reviewers, my final paper, and my two final media pieces, go to http://kellyannclasswork.pbwiki.com/CSM583. I still have to create one media piece, but I hope to have it up within a week.
I've used the tutorials created for the class on my main library web site (http://baerusers.pbwiki.com). I'm also going to be posting some tutorials for free internet resources (created for CSM566) there.
The other product I've created for coursework is an e-port (electronic portfolio). I've already applied for a job using it and I've been sharing it with my own students to illustrate how they can keep-up with what they are accomplishing professionally and academically in preparation for life after college. In keeping with the spirit of my personal research, the e-port (located at http://kagriffiths.web.officelive.com/default.aspx) was also created using free resources.

Library of Congress Blog
http://www.loc.gov/blog/
Looking for information for an eye-popping presentation? Interested in what your tax dollars are preserving? I enjoy this blog because it always has something new that I can point my faculty members at. The LOC publishes its latest on web displays as well as real-world initiatives. Since it is unlikely Perry County will ever get a facility as amazing as the LOC, it's nice to have this stuff available online.

Committee on the Status of Women in Librarianship Blog
http://blogs.ala.org/coswlcause.php
One would think I only go here to get my dander up. Considering that my dander is always up, regardless of gender issues, the information here goes a long way towards fostering community in a profession that has heavy gender lines.

Library and Information Technology Association Blog
http://litablog.org/
The LITA blog is another good place to go if you are looking for current library technology news. I don't feel that the comments are as conversational, here, but the information is solid and it's a great one-stop shop if you want the quick-and-dirty for new initiatives.

ALA's Tech Source Blog
http://alatechsource.org/blog
The Alabama Library Association Tech Source Blog is one of my favourite reads. The authors showcase products, items and events that are of use to many aspects of the library -- automation, cataloging, education.
I find the comments on this blog very active and I enjoy participating. It's a great place to find new ideas and bounce questions off of other professionals.

ALA's Cultural Resource Management Wiki
http://wikis.ala.org/acrl/index.php/Cultural_Resource_Management
I actually visit this wiki almost weekly. Currently, I am trying to help my archivist create an online presence for our archive materials. I'm also trying to create a future. In his current situation -- no budget, stuck in a building with poor climate control -- many of the items in the collection are in danger of discorporation. By electronically preserving some (or, hopefully, most) of the documents, the archive achieves an insurance policy against loss of the information in the documents.

ALA's List of Wikis
http://wikis.ala.org/readwriteconnect/index.php/ALA_wikis
The American Library Association keeps a list of wikis that I lurk through on a regular basis. I like knowing that I have the ability to post if I feel I can contribute to the formation of the resource. Mostly, though, I use these to search for what other librarians are doing when I come up against an issue in my own facility.
For example, I explored one of their cataloging wikis for best practices in libraries that are making the Dewey-to-LC conversion.
